Stress and Anxiety

Stress, Anxiety, and Depression

Stress and anxiety are common to all people but some experience it in ways that can be overwhelming and debilitating. Unmanaged stress and anxiety could lead to depression. We can help walk through the process of managing stress and finding hope. Our society often chooses to ignore or downplay the pain and grief that is common to depression, but it is necessary and normal for people to grieve the losses that are common to life. The pain of loss will eventually express itself in one way or another. We help clients understand and process overwhelming emotions so they find the most helpful path forward.

Self Harm/Suicide

Each person can experience crisis and trauma in a unique way. Some feel the best way to deal with their grief is to harm themselves. We want to provide emotional support to individuals and family members who may have experienced suicidal ideation or emotional distress. We understand that every struggle is different and we can help provide unique skills to manage the crisis that a person is facing and bring hope into their dark situation. WE ARE NOT SET UP TO PROVIDE IMMEDIATE SUICIDE PREVENTION. If you or someone you know is considering harming themselves call 988, which is the National Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.
